Kamloops Yoga Boot CampThis started as a super fun way to blend yoga and fitness, and has ended up changing the lives of hundreds of women (in a very good way!) It’s a women’s only program that combines the inspiring and hugely beneficial elements of yoga with epic workouts. Kamloops Yoga TherapyRepeat after me: “Good alignment is good therapy.” Huh? Well, here’s what it means. When something hurts, your body is telling you to change something that isn’t working. For example, if your knee gives you trouble, it’s very likely that your quads, hip flexors, hamstrings, and a few other muscle groups are tight and pulling bones out of alignment enough that you’re getting a pain signal. I can help you recognize habits that create mis-alignment and give you a yoga practice that stretches and strengthens all the right things so you can make change.
